VOCES is a community-based initiative dedicated to empowering Latino families in the Twin Cities. We believe every person — regardless of background or status — deserves access to the resources, guidance, and support they need to build a stable and fulfilling life.
We are a small group of passionate individuals committed to building with purpose and intention, providing specialized services to help our community overcome barriers and take the next step toward a better future.

Ivan founded VOCES with a commitment to breaking down barriers for Latino families in the Twin Cities. As a certified Community Health Care Worker, he leads the organization's mission to provide dignified, expert support to those who need it most.
